Beta tester applications
What the beta application form collects
If you submit the Become a Beta Tester form, the contact and business information you enter is collected and used to review your application, to contact you about it, and to administer beta access. Specifically:
- The details you submit are emailed to support@roofdatum.com.au.
- That email is retained in the RoofDatum support mailbox for review and administration of your application, until it is deleted under RoofDatum’s retention practices.
- Your application is not saved to a website database, a CSV file or any publicly accessible file.
- A temporary one-way identifier derived from the submitting IP address is processed by the server for abuse prevention, to limit repeated submissions. It is used for that purpose only.
- Applicants are not added to a marketing list.
- The information is not used for unrelated advertising.
Retention periods are still to be confirmed and will be stated in the approved Privacy Policy before public launch.
To ask about information you have submitted through that form, email support@roofdatum.com.au and quote the application reference shown when you submitted it.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
